You've probably heard me go on and on about how much I adore O.P.I nail lacquers. They're so different to other brands in that they really give you that salon finish. They do cost a bit more than your high street brands but think of it as like a really great foundation from NARS that you just have to have in your essential beauty kit. I checked out some new shades from the guys at O.P.I this autumn.
O.P.I's collection for autumn/winter 2012 is named 'Germany.' I was sent the lookbook to peek at and the colour palette is so beautiful, filled with wintry hues and glamorous royal shades. I picked two of my favourites from this collection and decided that these are my new staples for the season ahead.

Have you heard about the new James Bond movie Skyfall? I didn't think so, there's not been much fuss about it...Anyway, O.P.I released a 12 piece collection in honour of the new release. All shades have been lovingly named after Bond movies with colours to match. My favoured shade 'The World Is Not Enough' (pictured above) is an unusual mixture of purples and gold.
After playing around with the colours for a while, I decided to layer up 'My Very First Knockwurst' and 'The World Is Not Enough' to create a really soft yet shimmering colour combination. Think of the collaboration as a German James Bond.
Individual shades are priced at £11 and mini sets of 4 are available for £12.95 from all good stockists.
