Collaboration Season: Valentino For GAP

It seems that lately, it's just one perfect collaboration after the other. Fashion had it's heart so set on Lanvin (hearts) H&M this season, that it forgot about the second biggest teaming, Valentino joining GAP to celebrate GAP expanding into Italy. This Friday, the capsule collection is going to be launched in Collete in Paris, Oxford Circus store & Dover Street Market in London and the shiny new GAP store in Milan. Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli have ensured that the Valentino touch has stayed true to the collection. Filled with ruffles, frills and bows, this designer collaboration has taken direct inspiration from their own comfort zone, and ploughed it into something affordable and chic. The parka coat that will be available has so much attention to detail with a ruffled neckline and a simple, trendy cut. Hoodies which turn casual into a Bond Street worthy outfit, and simple cargo pants with frilled pockets means you can be both comfortable and gorgeous at the same time this winter.
